Gaurav VAGHELA received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudhyogiki Vishwavidhyalaya Bhopal, in 2013 and his M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering from SGSITS, Indore in 2015. After M.Tech.he has worked as a project associate at IIT Kanpur in NMCG funded project under Prof. Vinod Tare, the project entitled Urban River Management Plan in 2015, at IIT Delhi as JRF in DST funded project in 2018, and at IIT Gandhinagar as JRF in IIT Kanpur funded project in 2019. He is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Water treatment and Desalination. He is outgoing, social, and adventurous and has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and likes to overcome challenges.

Shubham Ketan SHARMA received his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Indraprastha Engineering College in 2018 with a B.Tech (Hons.) degree and his Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur in 2021. He has cleared the GATE examination in 2019 and has received a degree of "Gold Medalist in Environmental Engineering". He has worked on E-waste management and resource recovery as a part of his master's thesis. His research interest includes adsorption of metals from aqueous and brine solutions, membrane-based technologies, advanced oxidation process, treatment of landfill leachate, resource recovery and urban mining. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD in desalination and water treatment.

Longjam Riccirani Chanu, an enthusiastic learner yearning to explore more knowledge related to her course specialization for future research and development. She received her Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Manipur, in the year 2020 and her Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from North Eastern Regional Institute of Science & Technology (NERIST), Arunachal Pradesh, in the year 2022. She is currently pursuing PhD under the Supervision of Dr. Ajanta Kalita (Assistant Professor, Dept of Civil engineering, NERIST) and Co-supervision of Dr. Bhaskar Jyoti Deka (Assistant Professor, Dept of Hydrology, IIT Roorkee).

SAMRIDDHI SHARMA received her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, in 2018 with a B.Tech (Hons.) degree and her M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur in 2022. She has worked on “Tannery Wastewater Treatment” as a part of her M.tech thesis. Her research interests include water and wastewater treatment using membrane and desalination.

Proneeta Uttam received completed B.Tech in civil engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, in 2018 and M.Tech in Fluid Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad in 2023. Her M.Tech thesis was on "Numerical simulation of multiphase flow problem solving using VOF and CLSVOF method". Presently Ms. Proneeta is pursuing her Ph.D in desalination and water treatment.
